"Very poor customer service. Have called many times and phone only rings. Never has anyone ever picked up. Left voice mails. Emails. Still no response. But they can call multiple times a day. Like no body is working. Call back at lunch and still nobody will answer. Very piss poor."
"12 yrs ago it was really bad. They told me I was a bad person for not paying my bills. But they got pd. Then hurt at work suddenly 38,000 in medical bills. But within the 7/8 yrs it seems they got new staff I really appreciate them letting us make 25 dollar a month payment. They won't take less as I wanted to send more. So if I make an extra payment at a different time it has to b another 25. So that's is great news to us. As I got another place under 400. Then we can just send them 85 a month. Over 5,000 when I was taken out of my car at the hospital. U wanna know who is rude is the head person of the computer system for gunderson. It was so bad I quit therapy I been paying for for yrs. Caused me that much stress"

"Complete crooks. Very rude and unprofessional. I demanded a supervisor and they said there was none. I wanted to set up a payment plan to make things right. I was told taking me to court was easier. They just cut you off and act stuck-up. Now I'm stuck with court fees and more. There's no website, e-mail addresses, or anything to contact these guys. The phone number didn't even work except for the extension to the rude lady. I honestly doubt they're even a legit business. Extremely shady. Also garnishing my paychecks without my consent. I'm planning on taking legal action against these jokes."
