"Started out good with Cel until year 2022 taxes when we filed in April then, out of the blue, received another tax return filed in June. We had no idea this was coming as it was not communicated to us. Tried to contact Cel continuously but with no success. I'm sure Cel has a legitimate reason for what happened but I don't know because he won't communicate with us, hence the reason for the one star review. I've tried text, calling, emailing and left numerous messages with no reply. I then went on the internet to read other reviews and found them on Yelp. Although the five start reviews here, over at Yelp there is numerous one star reviews with the exact same complaint as mine with regards to the lack of communication. What's baffling is that by the very nature of Cels business he has to deal with the general public. It's a problem if you're afraid of doing that and, at very best, is unprofessional and at worst is disrespectful and cowardly."
