"We have had our taxes done by them for several years. Yes, they are professional and they do get it done. It's not always just about doing the job. I and I'm sure others want friendly and courteous service too. Lee prepared our taxes and there is a coldness surrounding this woman that I just don't get. She gives off a high degree of arrogance and snootiness like I'm wasting her time EVERY time I have seen her. BTW: They certainly don't know how to return calls when I have left messages. The receptionist is wonderful, however. Come on Fitschens!! Being kind and warm isn't difficult. Try it!"

"0 star! Family member passed away without filing some taxes. We went to Fitschen Tax a year ago to file those income taxes and now estate taxes. Every time we call they say Pat is in a meeting and he will call back that week, never once called back to this day! Stop in and he is always in a meeting with a client, again never returned a message! A year now and nothing has been done. Very unhappy with them!"

"They don't even deserve 1 star! I got my taxs done there this year due to not being able to do it on turbo tax and the gave me a tracking number for my money and the guy told me it'll take awhile and then I checked the tracking number and it says there's nothing for that number. So I emailed and called the guy and never got any response from him so I called the place and they tell me I need to sign a piece of paper to get my taxs... this is like 5 mo the after getting my taxs done! I never got a call or anything g saying I had to sign paper. Very pissed off I would not recommend going here! There a joke!"
