"Terrible service, consistently get mail intended for other people at different addresses. Have had mail delivered to the wrong address on multiple occasions. Refused to deliver mail on one occasion stating that they couldn’t get close enough to the mailbox and that the driveway wasn’t cleared out well enough to their liking. The driveway was completely plowed and salt was laid in the walkway."
"Horrible Postal office. Multiple occasions where they lost our mail, and this happened every time we visited our parents in town, and we mailed out our mail and they misplaced it or my biggest concern is someone is trying to alter mail here, and every incident that we had it involved gift cards in mail, money orders. I think management needs to look into this postal office."
