"To to begin with it took over a week to get an appointment for the initial consultation. The other places I called did the consultation within 3 days. When the appointment time did roll around they didn't call. After almost 10 minutes I called them. The receptionist said they would get back to me. At this point it's important to note I was calling about initiating a divorce, making 'who answered the phone' important. Important because rather than call me back they called my spouse. To this minute I have no idea how they got her number. In any case, because the person calling my spouse was not the person I was expecting to call me and I didn't talk to her, I called again. Again I got, we will find out. It's now 2 hrs after my appointment time and I have yet to receive any call whatsoever from them."
