"Lots of equipment, never crowded, reasonable costs with discounts for certain professions (range of $35-45 with a $9 day pass option), no commitment system of paying on the first of the month, and facilities are well kept. This is a gym for people who just want the machine/weight part of a gym...no bells and whistles. However, this is exactly what we were looking for after canceling our Vasa membership due to overcrowding and inability to get a full workout in. We especially like the variety of machines at AH! We are happy with our switch!"
