"I have been doing Iron Lotus with Sharon for 6 years. Prior to that, I could not get out of bed. Between having a plate in my back and serious autoimmune aches, Sharon was my lifeline. We are dear friends and she is my angel. Last summer, I was doing yoga with Sharon and she noticed my sloppy gait and left side weakness. Sharon told me to go home and call my daughter who is a nurse. Four hours later, I had an emergency Crainiotomy. She saved my life."

"Once you try her class you will quickly learn how good you feel after you leave. The energy is amazing along with the others who attend. I’m more flexible and in better moods which I attribute to Sharon’s classes. If I’m unable to preform a pose because of pain, she will show me another way to get the same affect. Warmer weather out on her deck by the lake is a must try!"
