We had no issue receiving food deliveries or UPS in that same time period. Then, when I try to call, I have to submit a complaint form and wait 1-3 business days for a response? I just want my mail. I don't want anyone receiving an official complaint or to mess with anyone's job. I just want my mail *** Update *** USPS does not de-escalate calls well. Honestly, I was more mad after talking with them than before. If you have trouble with an Amazon delivery, it only takes a couple minutes to chat with them. Amazon is refunding my delivery fee at least. If there was a way to choose who delivered or avoid products delivered by USPS, I would absolutely do that. Hopefully, that option is in the works."
