Go to colonial, they are actually reliable and you know, deliver when they say they will. Very very poor customer service to offer same day delivery but can't even handle multiple day notice."

"My mother, siblings and I are very disappointed in the arrangement we had ordered and had delivered to our brother in laws mothers funeral. The arrangement we ordered was no where near what was on the tela florist picture that we ordered. An arrangement 2 steps down was what was sent which was 3 roses short, 3 carnations short, 2 delphinium short, 3 white lilies were replaced with mums and was not nearly as tall as was supposed to be. It was nothing to be proud to give and would not recommend them. Unfortunately this isn't a do over."
