"GROSS… on so many levels. The downstairs area needs the most improvement. The carpet looks filthy, the lights flicker on and off, and the equipment is held together by duct tape. It is almost like a dungeon of filth and sweat. Moreover, they are charging people incorrectly and misinforming them about the cancellation policy. They make it deliberately difficult and impossible for people to cancel their memberships. They prey on hard-working Americans and try to squeeze as much money as they can from them. This is not ethically right."

"The staff can be very rude. Unfortunately doesn't seem like a one-person situation, it is pervasive through the staff. May even come from the leadership. Dirty, gross carpet downstairs, lots of old stuff makes it look super dated and disgusting to look at. Would not recommend this place."

"I’ve been here for 2 years and when I signed up I wasn’t told you couldn’t cancel so when I moved 4 hrs away I still have to pay for something I don’t use and my child (25$) a month to use a room that hasn’t in 6 months. I don’t mind paying for the kid but 75$ a month plus yearly fee is draining on top of everything else when I can’t go. READ the contract and ASK questions. The only person who can answer your questions about membership is barely there. Took a week for a call back."

"Was a member for many years before it went belly up some years back. The new ownership has done a good job updating the place. You'll still recognize the place but everything is in better condition. You won't find a place with more racquetball courts as well as wally ball and I believe pickle ball. All the machines seemed to work. The weight room is very light on free weights. Only one bench I think. But the equipment they have works well. Plenty of barbells. The locker rooms are in good shape. A sauna and steam sauna were present. At least in the men's room."
