I feel stronger and more coordinated and I love bringing friends with me, it’s such a welcoming space for people of all abilities. There’s no judgment and you’re not anonymous, people will say they missed you if you’re not around for a few classes. It’s that kind of supportive place! I recommend the adult classes to all my friends but I can tell the kid classes are great too, my class starts after one of the young martial arts groups wraps up and the kids are always sweaty and smiling as they leave. And there’s always a cool kid event posted on the calendar from Father and Son events to Nerf wars. Come for the workout and stay for the community!"
