"Extremely unprofessional receptionist and staff I had an appointment scheduled for march 14th but today when they call to confirm the appointment I had a few questions just to make sure the consultation goes smoothly I had my current dental X-rays all ready for them from my dentist but they now last minute tell me that I need panoramic X-rays …… like that’s great I could have got that well I was at my orthodontist I just so happened to see this week but now I’m told this info last minute and I’m not paying for something I could get for free from my orthodontist “I have long standing history with my orthodontist who does the panoramic X-rays for free due to my cleft and to save me money but “ Lake Country Periodontics & Implants Dentistry fails to communicate reception didn’t know what she was doing had to keep putting me on hold to the point I canceled will go else where ….. if you want a horrible unprofessional periodontist this is the place"
