"Went to print off a bill which other USPS locations have done for me before and was rudely yelled at by the worker who yelled at me for even asking as if it is a pain to answer yea or no questions. Terrible service from the worker this Monday morning. A simple “no we don’t offer those services” would have worked just fine and wouldn’t have left me feeling uncomfortable returning for more urgent matters."

"Hands down the worst post office I have ever dealt with in all the places I have ever lived. So many misdelivered packages and letters. I've gotten to the point where I pay more to have something shipped anything other than USPS because they deliver things wrong so often. They don't answer the phone. They don't really care at all. There is no accountability. So, take my advice. Have packages especially shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL, SpeeDee, really anything else. Avoid the Menomonie Post Office unless you like having to chase down missing packages all the time."

"I had no problems with the staff or services and they even held my package while I was on break."

"They keep saying there is no access to my house when the driveway is clear, there isn't even any mud bit yet I still have to drive to town to pick up my packages. Terrible. Just terrible. He's also shoved packages into my mailbox and wedged them in there so tight I have had to open the box, take out the items and destroy the box to get it out."

"Workers in the office are very friendly, however, the substitute for the mail carrier on my route is another matter. Missed picking up a birthday card that was supposed to be sent out 2 days in a row and delivered packages to my mailbox twice and both times they destroyed the box. I know this the cause of the substitute as after they failed to pick up the birthday card two days in a row, I had to find time between classes to take it to the post office and have it sent out and the lady at the counter informed me that the permanent carrier was on vacation. Unfortunately, the intended recipient won't get the card now until days after their birthday and very unhappy that for the second time in a row I had a package delivered to find the box destroyed in their lazy attempt at delivery."
