For those who haven't done yoga before or are nervous about taking the first step, Yoga Sculpt is the perfect place to start with a combination of simple yoga/stretching, weights, and a few cardio bursts to ensure you are getting a great workout. Modifications are always offered without judgment, and Molly does an amazing job reviewing proper form and giving reminders to make sure everyone stays injury-free. Finally, Molly has a heart of gold and is always so kind about checking in with everyone and even offering an educator discount on classes. Yoga with Molly is a hidden gem in Verona that I can't recommend highly enough!"
