"Absolutely horrible experience with this firm. Retained Sterling for a family court case and shelled out over 20k in barely a year and when the attorney assigned to my case left them for another firm, sterling refuses to return the money paid to them for that attorney’s services, that were lackluster to say the least. Attorney Hannah smet was run over by the opposing attorney from day one and the only thing that got accomplished was sending invoices and emails. Zero progress on the case and I’m left 20k shy finding another competent firm to clean up the mess. 1/10. Would not recommend this firm to anyone. The pricing scheme is a sales tactic and they don’t stand behind any of it."
