"Alfred your breathe always smells! As well as your horrible attitude. Do you have short man syndrome ? seems like it. You seem really happy at your job! Hope you enjoy it until your old, oh wait, youre old already. Anyways, wine deliveries are annoying. Other than that, easy peasy. Except when you have to call Alfred to call the customer to open the door. Waste of time. At Amazon, were able to contact the customer directly. Thats why youre packages are always late! Unrealistic routing."

"DO NOT SHIP WITH THIS COMPANY AND IF YOU ARE EXPECTING TO RECEIVE A PACKAGE, GOOD LUCK! AT&T apparently uses this company to ship. Ordered a new iphone and never received it. They were due to deliver the package one day and then rescheduled it for the next day. It never came! Called their customer service number and the lady informed me that the package was lost. Called AT&T and they refunded me."

"For being an "Overnight" service it took them 6 days to actually deliver, 2 phone calls to reschedule a delivery the same day because of failed attempts finding the address. They sent a notification of damaged good, and instead of removing the item, they kept the completely shattered bottle, put it in a plastic bag and taped it closed. What a complete and utter stressful nightmare. If you ever have any other option of delivery, choose this one last or I recommend not at all."

"I have several wine shipments sent to us. The wineries generally use this company for overnight California shipments. I have received an incorrect package on more than one occasion. My last interaction with GSO: they delivered a package that was not addressed to me, but the package I was scheduled to receive was not delivered. I called them to notify them of their mistake and they had a sent a driver to my house 90 minutes after I called them about a mis-delivered package, even though they said they would be their within the hour. I rescheduled my delivery for the next day between 12-4, still no package. I waited wait an additional 24 hours to receive the correct package. Not great when a package delivery company cannot get the right package to the correct address in the time that they quote."

"Poor customer service. I called them and told them that I do not need to be home to deliver a package and they said they set up my account so there is no signature required. I was expecting an important package and they left a note on the door said that a signature was required. I called the office and asked them to send the driver back and they said no and I had to come to their office and pick up my package. Took me 30 minutes to get there from where I live and 30 minutes to get back home. Horrible customer service, no one was at the front office when I arrived and there was no bell to ring for service. Took to long for someone show up and get my package. Unprofessional company and poor customer service. DO NOT USE!!!"
