"This company is EXTREMELY unprofessional after they receive your money they treat you like crap. Also it cost you thousands but in the end you realize youve been overcharged for the worst service possible. You can always speak to a bankruptcy lawyer before until they get your money then you can barely get through to anyone ever. The wait times are extremely absurd afterall everytime ive physically gone to the building in person they’re almost always very empty yet the hold times and the time it takes to get through to someone is always over the amount of time it should be. Its very unprofessional. Please don’t be fooled! They seem pretty nice until they got my money & they turned into totally different people it seemed. Also my sister was in a chapter 13 and lost her job and agreed to pay them out of pocket as long as they worked with her on getting payments lowered because she lost her job and there was NO way she could continue with same amount. They informed her there was nothing they can do and that her bankruptcy will just be dropped after 2yrs of being in ch.13bankruptcy. They didnt even offer her any other options to help. This business should hire new professionals if they want to stay IN business in the near future because this behavior and unfair treatment will & should NOT be tolerated!"

"This “law firm” should not be allowed to represent clients. They deliberately stopped contacting me resulting in my case being dismissed. When I tried to contact them on more than 3 occasions, my calls were never returned. The trustees office informed me they had reached out to my “attorney” weeks before I called their office. They tried to inform my “attorney” that my funds were returned due to my address not being updated. My attorney never reached out to me in any way to get this information updated. When I called Credit solutions, the disrespectful receptionist said that there was no record that they had not called me although my number and email address had not changed. They are nasty and rude people. Arnie and his staff are so unprofessional it is disgusting. They do not care that people are filing bankruptcy to get their heads above water. Instead they just take the money without doing much work and ignoring clients."

"They do amazing work with your credit so don’t think they dont. But the passive aggressive behavior from their employees is disgustingly outrageous. You can’t be rude and say you want to help people at the same time. Also, nothing is fully explained (so maybe get a law dictionary) and when you ask for a Lehman’s terminology, this is where the passive aggressive response comes. Do better!"

"I had my initial call with Arnie who was incredibly helpful and friendly, and he made me feel relief about finally going through with filing for bankruptcy. I wish I had done a little more research because unfortunately Natalia was assigned to my case, and you can see there are quite a few reviews about how rude she is. My case went smoothly in February, and I still get rude emails or phone calls about documents I need to send in, supposed missing tax documents from 7 years ago, etc. At this point, I’m considering just selling my house because it would be easier than having to call at rude attorney every few days for who knows how long."

"Arnold is amazing to talk to. He was very thorough in explaining everything and is amazing because he works with you on filing with a decent priced down payment and easily priced monthly payments after. I called today 6/23 and he will already be filing for me on 6/27. Very professional and nice company to work with. Would highly recommend to anyone needing bankruptcy. Also I have called many places and this company is by far the cheapest fees for the entire process."
