"Their address is wrong on Google and Facebook. They are no longer on Velp Avenue. They said they haven't been able to update since they moved in December. It's May. The don't accept credit or debit, and can't make change for a 50. They don't have any packaging on site, you have to bring it already packaged. They were friendly, quicker and cheaper by a lot"

We had to ask the employee to step back from our door and he was not wearing a mask following which is against the law at this time and extremely irresponsible when going to houses that can contain persons at risk."

"Customer Service was TERRIBLE! This was the first time ever using Speedee for a package delivery. I work in the shipping department for a commercial business, so I work with multiple carriers on a daily basis. All I can say is...the customer service was TERRIBLE! Setting up my "On-call" pickup was painful! The customer service agent barked out orders through the whole process. There was zero amount of any courtesy during the whole phone call. Luckily i was prepared with all of the information needed so that I could actually get a pickup arranged. I hope next time i get an agent that is in a better mood."
