"This company is pain in the but. They will trap you in agreement with small letters on the bottom. I pick load on time and delivery on time . They lower my rates for 500$ because my driver didn’t call them . Also i have my factoring who does send invoices. They charge me because driver didn’t call them ans send them BOL. Even its not his job. Go around them or work for free. I will report them."

Their handling of the situation was not just unprofessional but also disrespectful to the norms of business engagement. Based on this experience, I must advise carriers to reconsider engaging with this company. Similarly, customers should be wary of hauling loads through them, and drivers should be cautious about working under their banner. Their disregard for fair business practices and communication ethics makes them a questionable partner in any professional capacity."

"Booked a load with Brian Espadas and Josh Thibodeaux from Hope AR going to AL. The receiver rejected 2 pallets because the shipper send a product they dont need. Waited 4-5 hours on Brian and Josh for an answer on what to do with that product and they finally got back asking us at 5pm saying to throw that product away (5-6k lbs of bags). Asked them to find a warehouse of somebody to take that off but they stopped responding. My driver had to unload everything by hand and they are refusing to compensate him for the lost time and extra labor to unload everything they left himself"

"Good place to work if you don't want anyone to return your calls. Also a great place to be mislead. If you like having someone's word on an issue arising and then that someone doesn't pull through this is the place to be. Also if you like money coming up missing every week please apply. In fact do the lease with these guys you will pay 100% of fuel but only get a percentage of the fuel surcharge. Good equipment not so good office personnel. A new update. It's now November and they are putting collections on me from a walk away lease contract. Charging back maintenance and such that I paid cpm for on every mile."
