"I've been to this facility many times over the course of the last 5 years, both with a membership and without. The facility itself is in great condition as it's newer, the staff takes good care of the building. The staff working the desk have always been pleasant and can answer a lot of questions without calling for help. They do have a lot of inconvenient rules at this facility so be sure to take a look at them in detail, it's not hard to "get into trouble" here. When I still lived in town I had a membership and went to the gym regularly when I was able to be without my children as the child watch hours were not helpful to the schedule I kept. Once my children were 10 and 8, I thought that would be an appropriate age for them to be in the pool area while I watched from above in the gym area (as when I was 8 years old me and half of our neighborhood kids would get dropped off at the pool unsupervised for 2-3 hours at a time) There were 3 lifeguards in the pool plus one at the top of the slides, and my children were physically removed from the pool to come and get me, because they were seen walking into the pool area without an adult. Still to this day I think it's the most ridiculous rule they have at this facility. We haven't been back since that incident unless it was for my nephews birthday party, it was about 4 years ago."

"It’s a very nice facility that is well cared for. Staff are generally kind and helpful. Prices are a bit steep in my opinion. Membership fees don’t include classes or some activities. The child watch program isn’t included in your membership. Beautiful place, but not budget friendly in my opinion."
