"I was driving and realized a bus was going to hit me so I honked my horn but the bus didn’t notice and hit my car taking off my front bumper. The bus kept driving so I laid on my horn and then it pulled over. The Kobussen driver, V, got out and started yelling at me that I hit her. I corrected her that she hit me. The police arrived and she rushed to the officer to tell her story first. She showed the officer scratches on the opposite side of the bus from where it hit me and said I caused them. V clearly had no spacial awareness of how she was driving. When exchanging insurance information V said that she had had a very long day and had been working for 12 hours. The police officer said the busses have video cameras so that would settle any dispute. A week later insurance is saying I’m “at fault” and that Kobussen won’t release the accident video. They only reason not to share the video is that it shows their driver hitting me. Seems dangerous to be on the road with busses from this company who cause traffic accidents and don’t take responsibility."
