"I can only speak positively about Badger State freight. They have hauled almost 100 loads in the last year with us and have been active with us for over 3 years with no variances or probation. I have personally worked with them for the last 2 years. They are wonderful at communicating and working together. All dispatchers are very transparent and have a sense of urgency that is definitely worth mentioning. Over all; I highly recommend them. I would describe Badger State Freight as exceptional and genuine. They have never failed on a load or communication and I have nothing bad to say about the company. "Road service and Towing companies BEWARE! We (SUPERIOR AUTOMOTIVE) were called out for road service and gave an honest ETA and we got there 1 hour early. But they called around after booking us and found someone who could respond faster. Instead of calling us and canceling, we showed up on scene and found driver and truck pulling away. I called and asked Charles what happen and he said I called and canceled which was a lie. When I asked to be compensated for time involved he would only pay 1/3 of our rate. GET A CREDIT CARD BEFORE DISPATCHING A CALL OUT TO THIS COMPANY. They call multiple services and whoever shows up first gets the job."
