"I would honestly give these people a zero, but I can’t. The bus drivers are TERRIBLE! They don’t pay attention at all. But then they get mad when you honk at them. Some of them even give you the finger for them messing up. It’s sad to know that kids have to ride these buses almost every day when they’re out here driving the way they do."
"I recently moved from Racine to Kenosha and the busing in Racine is way better than Kenosha ! Google maps told me to take bus 3 and as soon as I got on the bus the lady asked me where I was going and I told her Sheridan road after a couple of stops she went on her lunch break to Culvers and kicked me off the bus I called there number and he said they go on a lunch break and she’s going to come back around this way and she’s going on Sheridan when I asked her she said nope and pulled off ! Her attitude was terrible and they should be very clear to people who get on these busses when not to get on the bus and when ! Racine busing lets passengers stay on buses while they go on breaks and don’t treat passengers the way she did to me ! I’m not riding Kenosha city bus EVER AGAIN"
"The bus stops aren’t where you are then told by dispatch you shouldn’t stand by but some place else that’s magical. Since I as well as I am positive other people don’t know that you shouldn’t stand by the bus stop or go by google maps, as once again -I see a bus going by the opposite direction that I was told by google maps, and the bus stop sign, you should be,. I ask transit for a car ride, because once again magic (?) runs the buses. No bus by google maps or the sign, came to the stop. You’re magically supposed to know you don’t stand there. That’s nuts if you need to know what nuts is, look at this - once again. Dispatch tells me yes that’s the right spot - then buses go by not by the bus stop or where google maps tells you to go. I called back Dispatch the manager tells me that I was standing at the wrong spot. Wrong. Whoever put the bus stop where they put it - where I was standing. - put it in the wrong spot and whoever then programmed Google maps to say stand by the bus stop, did not program it saying to then cross the street to get the bus because it’s not going to come to the bus stop that’s right there. There is a magic spot and you bf ave yo find it or I’m sorry no bus. again."
"60 dollars per month for a bus that doesn’t run in the night, on Saturday evening and all Sunday, and the other days it stops every one hour."
"Every time I call nobody ever answers the phone I have to call 10+ times"
