"Arrived at this facility 12hrs before my scheduled appointment and was put directly into a door to be loaded. Tonia and Shay on 1st shift are amazing people. Very courteous and professional. Very respectful and I would recommend this facility to anyone. I wish all Lineage facilities would be modeled after this one."
"Could not be easier to pick up here. Come through the gate drive all the way to door 1. Shipping and receiving is right there. I walked in and had the pleasure of talking to Steve very friendly and professional. This is my first time here. He had me fill out a check-in form and gave me a door right away. The night crew is not in. I'm like 4 hours early. What's awesome is that they will usually let you check in, back up to your door, and you can start your break in the door. There is plenty of room to drive around, even if there are other trucks here. Backing was easy, and there was plenty of space. Yes, there is overnight parking, plenty of room, and you will get a spot. Sign at receiving office says front gate locked from 0400 to 0700 so you may want to come before or after those times. There is a guard shack, but no guard when I was here just drove right to shipping /receiving by door 1. Thank you, guys, for making our job easier."
"The lady at the desk immediately said welcome to lineage how may I help you, that's customer service. I was early and they got me loaded and on my way early. Everyone was super nice."
