I have never worked with a firm that fails to communicate and is only concerned with obtaining additional funds to pursue long-term litigation. In addition, to shirking their responsibilites as legal counsel. Stay Away! In Response from the Law Firm: I am the mother of the client and the facts that I stated above are not due to emotions. My daughter provided authorization to the Attorney to discuss the case and she refused to return any of my calls!! Again, she is providing one excuse after the next and stole $5,000 for a retainer!"
