"Awful, awful, AWFUL experience with this company! We used them to pack and move the majority of our belongings into storage when selling our house since I am pregnant. The problems began with talking to at least 3 different employees on 3 different days (including the day of service) to explain what exactly we were looking to have done. They apparently never wrote anything down about the size of our home or that we needed packing services also. This led to very poor planning for time and materials which ultimately led to them needing to come back for another FULL day of packing and moving. Yes, this caused us to have to pay twice for horrible service. They had to reschedule the first day due to freezing temperatures and truck issues (annoying but fine). When they finally arrived on the rescheduled date, they were very slow, threw items into boxes and did not label a single box. Their careless work damaged our natural hardwood floors, denting doors, and scuffing walls. They also chose to leave our doors wide open in below freezing temps while packing, damaging our furnace and needing it to be serviced same night. These guys did not know how to efficiently pack the truck, wasting space, time, and our money. They also did not know how to properly pack a storage unit. Instead, they believed it to be appropriate to simply toss boxes and loose items inside, paying zero attention to fragility of items or boxes. When we went to empty our storage units to move into the new house, we discovered many boxes busted open and our belongings to be broken. A 1-star rating is being far too generous for this overpriced joke of a company."

"I enjoyed my experience with all my sons moving & storage. This was my first time using this company. From start to finish was a great experience. Jojo and Bruce were great at getting the job done. Customer service was great also. I enjoyed the calls thought out the job to check to see that all was going to plan. Thank you all my sons for this move great. Would highly recommend keep up the good work."

"Horrible experience. They stacked boxes on the hallway stairs, and then they fell down. Had no tools along, broke a small tv stand? Scratched furniture that has never been moved. I would never recommend them. I called 3 times during the move to complain. Unless you pay them they wont unload the truck. Filing a claim for damages is a joke."
