About the Business
Rochester Gymnastics Academy (ROGA) is a premier gym and health institution located at 292 Penny Lane Northeast in Rochester, Minnesota, United States. We are honored to have been voted as the platinum winner for Rochester Youth Sports & Recreation.
Camp ROGA runs for 13 weeks every summer from Mondays to Thursdays, with activities centered around a new theme each week. Additionally, we offer Summer Skills Camps for Girls, Boys, and Ninja athletes every Friday to help participants learn new skills for their upcoming seasons.
Our Spring Session runs from 3/4/24 to 6/1/24, and we accept prorated enrollments throughout the session as space allows. We offer classes such as Parent & Me, Preschool, Girls Rec Level 1-5, Boys Rec, Ninja Parkour, and Tumbling.
Participants can choose to attend classes one or two days per week on Wednesdays from 5:30-8:30 pm and/or Saturdays from 12:15-3:15 pm. There are no membership or registration fees required.
Our facility and coaching staff are dedicated to helping athletes elevate their skills for the next season. We welcome all current and future high school gymnasts aged 11 and above.

Despite being invited to a birthday party for pre-schoolers, my daughter, who has both mental and physical disabilities, was denied participation due to a lack of reasonable accommodations. The absence of a policy for extra assistance left us feeling discriminated against and disappointed by the missed opportunity for our daughter to engage with her peers."

My friends and I got together for a trampoline meetup from all around America and we were excited about going to this gym as a part of the event but little did we know that “THEY ARE THE ONLY ONES ALLOWED TO FILM.” There’s nothing on their website or building that says no filming allowed. The owner was the biggest Karen i’ve ever met in my life and it says in the waiver that we have consent to film and post on social media."
