"So let me start by saying Independent Operators please do your homework before signing an agreement with trucking companies. I on boarded with HRIBAR Bros in April 2022. I had the privilege of meeting some decent people staffed there. But what I can't tolerate is DISHONESTY!!! I rented/leased my truck from this company and was told that my mileage/reserve account was for maintenance on my truck and any money not used would be returned to me. My truck was returned in better condition then I received it, and I have all maintenance receipts. But have yet to receive the balance from that account which is supposed to be zeroed out monthly. After pursuing the money that belongs to me. I received a message from upper management stating that they didn't owe me anything and that the money went against the depreciating value. I can't find that clause in my contract anywhere. During my time at HRIBAR a bunch of owner/independent drivers quit; I asked several of them why they were leaving. The responses was the company was dishonest or that management couldn't be trusted. I asked a former employee why was I lied too about the reserve account; I was told because he was being paid six figures to hire people and that means doing whatever it takes. Please be careful when considering this company."
"I’ve been very happy as a driver with this company. They have treated me with respect and kindness. Paycheck is always on time and I do very well here. They have worked with me through some rough times in life and when I need something all I have to do is pick up the phone. I can talk to any one in the office anytime, owner or manager or my dispatcher. I believe we have a great working relationship and would suggest to anyone I know to come onboard here. Thanks to Luke especially for being so kind, also Tom, always the best to deal with. I’m very happy here!"
"Do not work for this company if u are a driver they will steal all your money from your check went from 3600 4000 a month with GMR to 1200 a month with this company .they took my last paycheck they said they whould send in mail been 2 weeks no check .u will lose everything u work hard & your famley will starve & they will not care about it"
