"First call to the company the gentleman on the phone was very rude off the bat. When asking if I can talk to another person. He explained how busy he was etc. My call was to setup my daughter for pickup as she was going to be starting Muskego High School after the 2nd quarter from another school district. First day for pickup the bus just flies by her it's -10 outside. I call the number same rude gentleman answers. Tells me to hold. Says the bus driver says "my child hasn't been on all year." I just talked to this man a week ago. She's a new student. Also, I had emailed him a couple days before hand. Then he explains how he had like 50 new things to do etc. Really man sorry but that's your job stop whining and do it. 0 stars from me. Never once apologize. We'll see if they stop tomorrow. I had to cancel my morning drop offs last minute. Rush out the door with a toddler and 2 month old infant in -10 degree temperature had no time to even warm car up :("
