"Absolutely no professional accountability for her mistakes. My husband and I worked with Solomia starting in 2013. She filed our personal and business tax returns. We had a very good experience with her. She continued to file our returns for the next few years. We hired Solomia to set up our corporation November of 2016. She still filed our returns and continued to help us set up our payroll for our new corporation into 2017. She said she filed all our government forms for our S-Corp, and we believed her and paid her. We are not positive what or why her attention to detail started to fail, maybe her staff..... but after several payroll mistakes and IRS notices, we decided to take our payroll business to ADP and I started to search for a CPA to file our tax returns for 2017. We have since found out she did not file our Form 2553, and she apparently didn't realize we were required to file a zero corporate tax return for 2016. These "mistakes" have so far cost us hundreds and hundreds of dollars, countless hours and most recently a rejected 2018 corporate tax return due to her lack of knowledge. We are now paying a professional CPA to find and fix her mistakes. We reached out to Solomia several times and asked her to take some small accountability for her "over-sites". Her response is simply to say, "we did not hire her to file our corporate return in 2016." Seriously? We trusted her, she filed our returns, business and personal for several years prior and even the same year that SHE set up our corporation!! We expected her to at the very least acknowledge her mistake and we were even willing to accept her offer to pay for 2016 filing fee of $75. She said she would pay that two months ago, we have never received it. Now with our most recent rejection of our 2018 returns, we are possibly facing a lot more fines and or penalties due to Solomia's mistakes. We feel like we have no other choice other then to seek legal action once we get her mess cleaned up. This has been a huge learning experience for us, "BE VERY CAREFUL WHO YOU RELY ON AND TRUST TO HELP YOU!" Solomia has disappointed us beyond belief, I am thankful to have all my notes and records through the years."
