"Call this dude Patrick Swayze. 0 stars if possible. First and foremost, its impossible to get ahold of him. Secondly, if you do get ahold of him, he quickly says hes with a customer and cannot talk--and good luck getting ahold of him again. Last but not least, VERY unprofessional how he have you send him ALLL your info, (after a booked appointment) but then ends up GHOSTING you, leaving you clueless on whether to move forward or not. I would not recommend this guy, not even to my worst enemies, for they would not even get a chance to see or hear from the GHOST either. very unprofessional. BAD communications at its finest."

"I would not recommend David unless you want to work with someone who will never respond to you. I worked with David on my 2020 taxes. He was responsive at first, and submitted my taxes. A few weeks later I was notified that my taxes were incorrect and would not be receiving the refund David had calculated. I then spent the next 6 months trying to reach David to figure out what was going on - his phone number, his office, sent emails, no response at all. He finally replied to me after 6 months, told me it was an error on the IRS side, and to send new paperwork and that he'd correct it. I sent him the paperwork and 4 months later, still no acknowledgment of the new paperwork he request or correction made."

I' did my taxes with David Nguyen last year 2019; I had him do 2017, and 2018 together paid him $275.00 , started school this summer 2020 and my FA told me to do a tax verification with my 2017 taxes; come to find out my 2017 were never filed. MY SISTERS AND BROTHERS WERE AUDITED AND HAD TO PAY BACK. BEWARE HE IS NOT LISTED ON BBB DO NOT DO YOUR TAXES WITH HIM .. HE WILL OVERCHARGE YOU THEN TELL YOU HE FILED IT AND WILL HELP YOU BUT THEN HE DISAPPEARS AFTER HE FILES YOUR TAXES AND IF YOU HAVE ISSUES WITH THE IRS. I CALLED HIM HE TOLD ME HE WOULD FIX IT AND THEN STOPPED RESPONDING AFTER I CALLED AND TEXTED AND LEFT NUMEROUS MESSAGES WITH HIS OFFICE AND CELL PHONE. I HAD ALSO A UPDATED W-2 SENT THEM TO HIM AND HE NEVER CORRECTED THEM."
