"The insurance itself hasn’t been bad but the staff at this office wasn’t very professional or understanding. I accidentally locked the keys in my trunk. I didn’t have access to my car or the policy number for my insurance. I had my phone in my pocket and decided to look up Fiesta insurance to get the number to my policy and the phone number to road side assistance. This was the first office that popped up on google, called this location. When explaining what happened, the rep on the phone interrupted and placed me on hold, (I do not have the reps name, but am sure that the management can figure out who answered their phone) when she came back on the line she said that she would not be able to help me as they are just the office not the insurance themselves. Telling me I would need to contact the insurance with the policy number. I let the lady know “if you would’ve let me finish my sentence, I don’t have the information with me, since I left my keys inside my car” instead of apologizing or simply proceeding to help she stated “ok, but why do you have to have attitude like that?”. I’m not sure what type of customer service/phone skills this rep has, but in reality I found this really unprofessional. After this, I attempted another office. (The one on Fruitridge And Franklin) and spoke with Angelic (please forgive me if I spell it wrong) I explained the situation to her, she looked up my policy number. Angelic gave me the policy number along with the roadside assistance number. I’m not sure I would’ve been able to get the help without Angelic. Thank you for the help Angelic!"

"Owner is great but Brisa Zambrano didn't tell me there was an extra broker fee when I registered my car there. I was busy with my kids so I was distracted and couldn't ask questions like I normally do and she didnt mention anything, so that was her advantage against me. Just DONT go to her."
