"I'll tell you about my bad experience with this company. I had an appointment at 5:30 pm but when I arrived there were 6 other people in line at the same time as me. When they let me into the office, they put me next to a girl who doesn’t know her job well. I came to them as professionals, but they turned out to be amateurs. This was my first time filing documents for taxes. I don't understand anything about this and they can't help with it. They simply fill out a form that I could fill out myself. But when I sat and thought about what to do, they simply told me to leave because they didn’t have time for me. My appointment lasted about 10 minutes. I said that I would not continue to see them, but the girl did not give me the documents and said that I had to pay 50 dollars for the meeting. After I paid the money, they gave me my documents and I went home. I will never contact this company again and I will tell everyone not to come here."

Waited a bit longer and just left, found another tax place. Have been going to them for years, this is very unprofessional. Don't bother making appointments, they won't honor them."
