"Very well maintained arena. Hockey arena is not very cold (I was able to just sit on my coat in a long sleeve tshirt and jeans and was ok). My favorite part was they had a Lactation Room and a nice one at that! The chair reclined and it almost sounded like the room was soundproofed even though it was right next to the hustle and bustle. I even think you can dim the lights (I didn’t try but the switch looked like it had the dimmer). They have a little table next to the chair with an outlet very close by if you need an outlet for pumping. It also has a changing table and sink with counter space for if you need a space to put rinsed off pump parts."
"Beautiful arena. I've driven team to barns from Vermont to the Dakotas, and this rink stands tall."
"Nice renovated stadium. Seating wraps all the way around the ice rink. I was overjoyed to watch my team win in enemy territory."
"Good Track Field, where throwing is possible, and both paul vault + long jump is an option. Enough space in the middle for people and viewers."
"Poor hockey-viewing experience. As fans from an opposing school, we figured we'd be welcomed to UWRF. WRONG. The staff was pissed off all night simple because we had more fans than they did at their home rink. But the Auggies won so it's all good. The Ed Saugestad rink is a far better place to watch hockey. Go Augs, protect the Ed. Never going back to UWRF."
