"I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE! He had told us that the documents would be ready to pick up today. He has had the documents for 2 MONTHS. I called him to ask what time I could pick them up. For that alone he reacted like CRAZY. He told me things and hung up on me. I tried to call him to see when I could even pick up my information again and cousin didn't answer me. When he finally answered me he SCREAMED at me. This is very important. I don't want that to happen to anyone else. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS PLACE! I called to find out when the documents would be ready and he told me Monday, during that call he didn't tell me a time and I forgot to ask. It has been 2 months and I figured he probably has them done the day he said he would. I called the day he told me they would be ready to ask what time we could pick them up he started to cuss me out and yell at me telling me that I was rushing him. He also told me they were not done and he would no longer even consider doing them. These are important information on them and he refused to let me know when we can pick them up."
