"Sat in waiting room alone for over ten mins. The nurse that started the appointment was great! Nice friendly and attentive! Great job! When Dr. Razi walked in, it felt like I was bothering him! And seemed to be agitated! Gave me short answers and brushed me off a few times! Cut me off when I was explaining things! And overall had a horrible experience! I will be looking into filling out a formal complaint! And looking for a new primary doctor."
