Its extremely safe when starting out, allowing time for you to learn technique while getting your body in shape without the risk of injury. If you’ve always wanted to train but we’re hesitant, come to a class! It’s clean, safe, and a lot of fun."

"My kids did not learn anythings coming here. They teach my kids the same stuffs for month and months. The kids got bored and did not want to go there anymore. Then if you cancel, they will charge you 1 month fee for cancellation fee according to the owner said . What a ripoff"

"My kids are in 2nd/5th grade and just love Excel taekwondo! The primary teachers are long tenured black belts and one is even a certified Master instructor! What's really awesome though is they often have a couple older kids who are purple to black belts that support and assist on the younger kids classes. My kids just love the coaching from their older peers and it's such a cool learning and mentoring experience for all the kids! Another great thing about Excel is their fun culture of traveling to tournaments around the Midwest and all the kids do an amazing job supporting each other at the tournaments! The gym is super popular so the classes are pretty big, but even there big classes create a lot of energy so a little bit too big is better than too small."

"I went to a different BJJ gym before coming here and this is far and away a better place to train. The instructors are amazing, the facility is clean, and the atmosphere is better for learning. At my old gym we just rolled and sparred everyday. Here you actually learn technique, practice drills, you understand why and when you would do something and it is much safer. I was always getting injured before coming here. The price point is way more valuable too as you get online access to Gracie University. If you are new to BJJ this is the perfect gym for you as there is a really clear path to follow on your BJJ journey."
