"33 yrs experience,Former trucking business owner,and this is a bate and switch co. They state things that you want to hear, but change things up as they go. The pay for this type of work is for training drivers. Not for experienced. They run old vehicles not to use eld. But this is to push you, this is why non eld truck Co do this. Troy is a pos and trust me if you are highly experienced he is looking for a yes sir driver lol. I have chosen to go to work for someone that offered a much newer truck and paid fairly. Companies are going to continue this type of poor employment practices and will have to go to the local schools to find their drivers."
