"This is truly the worst accounting firm I have ever had to deal with. Not only did they charge us a significant amount of money to provide us with very basic information on our tax return as it relates to this year's taxes but promised to provide the information in writing via email. Information that we are still waiting for 7 months later. When we tried to follow-up, there repeated excuse was that higher priority clients and deadlines needed to be met urgently, and that our information would be sent as soon as possible. I highly doubt they have not found 15 minutes in the last 7 months to send the information So unless you are top priority do not expect your case to be dealt with in a reasonable timeframe. The main reason we had contacted them was because they "have experience with France and US tax requirements", which is completely untrue since they charged us 500$ for information (which we are still waiting for in writing including the "research time" we paid for) that we could have gotten had we reached out to a French national expat association. In retrospect, I wish we had figured this out sooner. I for one do NOT recommend this business and would highly recommend you shop around for a better accounting firm."
