Legal Assistance of Olmsted

Legal Assistance of Olmsted (LAOC) is a non-profit organization located at 1700 North Broadway Avenue in Rochester, Minnesota. Our dedicated staff attorneys offer legal representation in family law matters such as dissolution of marriage, custody, adoption, and domestic abuse cases. We also provide legal advice to tenants on landlord-tenant issues and offer a variety of no-cost legal clinics in the community.

Through our Volunteer Attorney Program, we connect volunteer attorneys with clients who need legal assistance, ensuring that everyone has access to justice. Our landlord-tenant hotline provides general information and referrals to local resources for further assistance.
