"My wife and I had a great experience working with Pat's office to create our living trust and healthcare directives. Pat and his staff were very knowledgeable on the process, rules, and ramifications of the options we built intro the trust. They made what I thought would be a difficult process very simple. Now we have the peace of mind for our loved ones if our Trust ever needs to be used. Thanks!"
"Pat Lowther Law, we've used them for years, extremely knowledgeable staff, Pat and his team are great very efficient and effective!! Would recommend to anyone."
"My wife and I used Pat Lowther to help us with our legal documents related to our estate and health care planning. We attended one of his workshops which was very enlightening. Our particular estate was very simple, but even so, I found Pat to be very knowledgeable and very kind in his manner of helping us. I highly recommend him for all estate planning needs. Don't wait until it is too late--start your estate planning early, it really helps in the long run."
"An excellent firm to work with. Pat and his team were very knowledgeable in helping us in planning our estate. I would highly recommend Pat Lowther Law."
"Not a law firm that you want to use to do a real estate contract. My parents and their buyers had a very bad experience with this office. Your closing date will likely get postponed due to errors in the process. You will be charged time for errors made by this law office in completing document, you will have to take time to go back in and resign documents, etc. This law office does not seem to be aware of the actual information needed to even complete a real estate document or the process. For example needed well water documentation, etc. In the end, you will spend approximately three times more than competing law offices for a simple real estate document."
