"The receptionist at the desk is rude not welcoming at all they give out wrong information not helpful at all or friendly. Be prepared. After you passed this the doctors are fine"
"Receptionists are rude and have quite the attitude. Once you get passed them, the primary care physicians are good. Unfortunately the receptionists spoil the experience."
"I had an appointment yesrday with one of the doctors in this clinic. I prepaid my co-pay on 8/2/22 using their Live Well app. As it turns out, they billed me again yesterday. And Aurora claims there's no record of the first payment."
"I can confirm that these bad reviews are true on Dr. Linda welniaks MD page. After leaving her I had to research her because of the horrible service. This lady shouldn't be practicing She's rude and has no clue of what she's talking about. She will disagree with everything you're telling her, won't try to solve any issues but will recommend incorrect imformation/medicine. I feel bad for someone that has serious issues seeing this lady, they won't leave feeling good I can tell you that! Take her license"
"Was very annoyed when I arrived because even though I arrived a little late for my appt due to traffic and after checking in, I was told to by the receptionist that she would have to message the doctor to see if he could still see me. Even though I've called before in the past if I was in a time crunch and was told by the staff that there's a 15 minute grace period so there shouldn't have been an issue. Then I was asked by the nurse in the exam room why I was changing my PCP, and I told her that I could not get a hold of my own PCP because she was booked til next week and she explained to me that I couldn't change my PCP if my doctor wasn't available, even though the Aurora site allowed me to choose a different doctor for day I wanted to be seen. She said today's visit was just a "Courtesy" exam and to next time call the clinic where my PCP is and ask for a different doctor. (The clinic that I go to, however won't just take you, you have to have an appointment in order to be seen). When she explained that the visit was a "Courtesy" I felt that was insulting because even if I chose to change my PCP, the level of care should have still been the same. After taking my vitals and waiting again she came back to tell me that the doctor would not see me due to the symptoms that I described and that I should go to Urgent Care down the street because they have ENT doctors... What I had was a sinus infection and needed antibiotics... They didn't want to bother to even look at me before dismissing me. I've never had been not treated for a problem I had through Aurora, let alone for a simple sinus infection, so this was the first for me. The visit was a waste of time and I had to wait an hour at the Urgent Care to be seen and to receive my medication. Today they lost my business because I chose to go to Froedert next door instead of driving to the nearest Aurora urgent care."
