"What once was good service became a terrible service. Jose huaman the owner of this establishment lacks the ability to properly organize his business in a way that he can meet with clients in a timely manner. He reschedules multiple times and cancels your long awaited appointment at the last minute. He also files taxes way past their due date using extension after extension to buy himself time. hes so money hungry he takes in too many clients and has no time to trully tend to their needs. My simple w2 taxes cost me 330$ to file with jose. At other locations its only cost me 100$ and nothing changed not income or number of forms. Avoid this establishment save yourself money and a headache of a service."
"Jose is a complete and total jackass who never makes times for his clients, would not recommend him to anyone unless you plan on paying penalties for messed up taxes if it was possible to leave with a 0 start rating I would."
