"I requested an appointment after moving to San Diego because I have 7 entities and wanted a local CPA. After a few days with no response went by, I reached out. The team member responded super short saying I needed to complete a questionnaire and then they would set up an appt. Well, I took a ton of time completing the questionnaire and sent it.... crickets for now 2 months. I'm not reaching out again, have found a new CPA but wanted to share about my experience because nobody who's serious about needing a CPA should waste their time with this firm. They are too busy or too arrogant - either way, they dropped the ball on something so simple, I can only imagine the lack of integrity and follow through when it comes to actually doing the job you'd be paying them to do providing you get a response. Truth is, I should send them a bill for my time; don't waste yours. Find another firm."
