"Makes a lot of promises he won't deliver on. Failed to notify me that charges were added. Failed to notify me that motions were filed against me. Filed absolutely no motions in my defense, just several motions for discovery. He handed me over without a fight and now I'm a felon even though I am innocent of what I was accused of. After I gave him a legitimate defense he said "that's a really good defense" then did nothing. A week later that same defense was ruled inadmissible after the prosecutor filed motions to exclude it. He opens nearly every conversation with "I was having lunch with the DA..." His first words to me were "this is costing you nothing" and implied that I should just leave it all to him. To top it all off, my expert witness has told me that my attorney did not contact him yo follow up. Three days before trial, I find out through my expert witness that he is not scheduled to testify and he can now non take off work. I drive to the law office and discover that my witness was denied a month prior. Not one mention of this was made, nor was I given the dkscovery. I then accepted a plea for one year probation, no jail, no fees, because I had no other options left. Guess what the judge did? Doubled it and gave me suspended sentence then encouraged the false witnesses against me to call probation if they see me wnywhere, even "at the store where he isn't bothering anybody and he'll go straight to Dodge." I am very certain I was sold out the entire time and knew for sure when he sidelined my expert witness."
