Greyhound: Bus Station

"Greyhound stole my money. They lied about being present to pick me up and I've heard this isn't the first time this has happened at this station. A truly unethical company."

"Very horrible bus line to travel with. Absolutely no courtesy to their customers. First time I decided to travel interstate with a bus and the driver on schedule 4714 to Minneapolis on 08/14/2022 kept stopping and staying way longer than scheduled and never even apologized for once for the unnecessary delay. Never again!!"

"We took a round trip in greyhound from St. Paul, MN to Wisconsin dells, WI. I was utterly disgusted and disappointed at the state of busses both times. Busses were absolutely worn out and filthy. Once you entered thr bus you are on your own, there is no seat number provided to you, the already sitting pessengers had theit bag packs and hand packs on the empty seats, couple of them had their feet with their shoes on the seat next to them. Terrible experience ever. Will make sure not to board this linr ever."

"Shared building with laundry mat. Owner is very nice and helpful. Downside is they are not open except close to bus times. Package delivery is accepted here, as well. Bus fares can be paid for at the counter or online. Greyhound is cancelling service in Manitoba and most areas west in October 2018."

"Only 1 star because the bus was timely. Other than that it is a complete waste of money. Priority boarding is a joke and complete lie. Seats are cramped and do not have outlets for long trips. Wi-Fi is not announced. Terrible experience, ruined my vacation, will never use greyhound again. My advice try the Mega Bus"
