I will say I would have appreciated a little more information upfront with my experience on a few different things such as: what to expect ahead of time, what was fully included with the in Kennel training program, direction on rining the bell outside when you arrive."

"I was staying in my camper for work and the forecast was calling for high temps, so I dropped my dogs off for boarding for a few days. The RR crew took great care of them, and sent me updates on how they were doing. They were tired and relaxed when I picked them up. I couldn’t be happier with my experience with RR!"

"My three pups completed the 6 week off-leash board and train program at Sturgeon Lake. I have much more confidence in each of my dogs while out on walks (2 weigh more than I do), as well as in myself to handle them. I can now loose leash walk with them and I have better control of my chow chow to "leave" things. We loved their trainer, Stephanie, who picked up on their personalities and worked with each one differently as needed. She tailored the training to meet our needs (having the dogs meet a child, conditioning Harbor to ride in a car, two healing together on a walk with me, conditioning Parker to a soft muzzle for just in case, etc). The kennel staff were very kind and helpful each time I came to visit. The staff gave meds and were very good to communicate overall health and eating habits of the dogs while in their care. The first week is definitely hard to drop them off, but with each visit and training session the pups were more settled each week. All four of us learned a lot and would recommend the training program at RR Professional Dog Training and Boarding."

"What a worthwhile experience for our family! 6 weeks of boarding training with Tony and Kozmo is even more of a delight to share a home with. Responsive to commands, able to control his impulses and has a solid recall (we thought it was out of reach!). Koz loves returning for training sessions and us humans have gotten good teaching and coaching to help our pup’s learning stick. Having the experience of this team has been irreplaceable— we’d repeat in a heartbeat! Highly recommend."

She was great before but now she is so receptive and it has really taken our bond to the next level! Tony did an amazing job and watching their bond while training was incredible.
