"Been going with this company for many years, I won't be going here anymore. This man treated me very unprofessional today. I asked him a question about my son , if I'm able to claim him on my taxes since he worked last year? So he tells me to send him my son's w2 . The next thing I know is that he does his taxes without consent. So I'm asking other questions because I don't know obviously and he gets mad and tells me "what do you want to do, I'm very busy and I have alot of work to do" . SERIOUSLY? so I call to ask him if he's going to charge a separate fee for my son because I never told him to do his taxes. He's says "YES OF COURSE" So I said don't do his, he can go somewhere else. So he got mad and told me OK! AND YOU KNOW WHAT, YOU CAN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TOO! Never again will I go to this place! I'm still in shock and can't believe how unprofessional and disrespectful Mr. Francisco Espinosa was too me. I SUGGEST YOU FIND SOMEONE ELSE BECAUSE THIS MAN IS JUST RUDE!!"
