"worse place to go to they messed up my taxes 2 years in a row when I filled an amendment to correct it. they messed that up to. there not responsible for there staffs mistakes n they habe 1000 excuses. blaming you for not going through paperwork that you pay them to file smfh never again..."

"I have always gone to this place but most recently I went to do my taxes and usually they give a paper copy this time I was told theyd send me electronically and kept all my copies. I waited for days on the email but never recieved it. Ive checked daily and still nothing so I went to see if I could just get paper copies but they were closed ive called and no one ever answers. And I still havent receieved my tax refund and I just wnana make sure everything went through but how can I ask if theyre closed."
