"DO NOT USE THIS CPA. HE DOES NOT KNOW WHAT HE IS TALKING ABOUT, WHY? HE BARELY UNDERSTAND ENGLISH. HE IS NEVER HERE IN UNITED STATES. HE LIVES IN TAWAIN AS ITS CHEAPER AND COMES BACK HERE ONLY DURING TAX TIME. HIS EMPLOYEES ARE JUST AS BAD, THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO USE EXCEL AND I HAD TO SIT THERE WITH THEM TO FIGURE OUT THE SALES TAX AS THEY WANTED TO DO IT MANUALLY ON 20K+ORDERS! AND GET THIS ARCHIE THE OWNER ACTS LIKE HE KNOWS WHAT HES DOING. HE DOES NOT! HE WILL GIVE YOU WRONG INFORMATION, AND THEN YOU WILL REALIZE THAT HE DIDN'T EVEN UNDERSTAND THE QUESTION YOU ASKED. IF YOU ASK AGAIN HE WILL NOT UNDERSTAND AND GIVE YOU WEIRD LOOK AND SAME ANSWER. I TALKED TO 2 DIFFERENT CPA RIGHT AFTER I FIGURED OUT HE DOES NOT KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING. THEY TOLD ME HE IS WRONG! AND TO MOVE FROM THIS CPA. THIS GUY WILL TREAT YOU LIKE YOUR BENEATH HIM!"
